Alina Banuleasa

Alina is currently leading the UX team in EA Sports Bucharest, in charge with creating the best experiences for the world’s famous football game, FIFA. For 2 years, she was the person behind the experience of the most appreciated internet banking services in Romania, ING Bank’s internet banking and she also coordinated innovative digital campaigns for 3 years, making ING one of the most loved Romanian brands in social media. She is also a UX trainer, mentor and advocate of design thinking approach and dedicates a lot of her personal time to bridging the design and tech communities.  She’s driven and curious, relentless, has a big passion for design and has been using the design approach without realizing, even before starting her career in designing experiences.
