Eugen is a Transformation Program Lead at Keywords Studios, one of the largest service providers in the gaming industry, where he coordinates organizational change at the Create division level — spanning dozens of studios and thousands of people.

Prior to this role, he led production teams and built automation tools across multiple gaming organizations, gaining a rare perspective: both on delivering games under pressure and on the challenges of transforming how organizations are structured to do so more effectively.

Eugen believes that real transformation in gaming doesn’t come from new processes, but from people who understand why the old ones no longer work. He speaks from direct experience on both sides of that equation.
