Radu is the founder of Alkotech Labs, a manual functional QA studio out of Romania working with game dev studios and publishers globally. He started in QA at Ubisoft on mobile titles, spent years learning what good testing looks like, then built his own studio to do it right. He’s worked both sides (AAA and indie), and that dual perspective shaped how he thinks about QA: it should serve both the team and the players. With more than a decade in the industry, his current focus is on the gap between how we test games and who we’re actually testing them for.
