Tudor Postolache is the COO at Amber, a global game development agency.
With over 16 years of leadership experience in the games industry, Tudor oversees Amber’s operational functions across all international locations, including IT, HR, Legal, Facilities, and also the Development Support Services vertical (which includes QA, CS, Loc, etc.) . He has been playing a central role in scaling the company’s capabilities, optimizing delivery processes, and aligning operational strategy with long-term business goals.

Before joining Amber, Tudor spent six years at Electronic Arts, where he led global operations for all EA test centers. His work there laid a strong foundation in quality assurance and large-scale team management that continues to inform his approach today.
