Vlad Alexandru is a Romanian game industry executive, studio founder and business development leader with experience in game development, external development and studio management.

He is the founder of ATRA Game Studios and ATRA Productions, and previously held senior leadership roles including Studio Head of AMC Studio, part of the Keywords Studios group.

Throughout his career, Vlad has contributed to or supported major international projects including multiple Mafia franchise titles, Fable, Metroid Prime 4: Beyond, Dead Space 2023, World of Tanks and Total War: Pharaoh, among others. He is also active in the Romanian game development ecosystem through his work with RGDA and Dev.Play, supporting initiatives around industry development, education, public policy and regional growth.
