IMPORTANT NOTICES

1/ In-person attendance: The Dev.Play Conference is an event taking place exclusively in-person. We reserve the right to decline access to people which are not appropriately dressed or bother other attendees. Smart casual dress code is accepted for Dev.Play Conference.

2/ Pictures & videos: By participating at Dev.Play Conference, you accept to be photographed or filmed by our professional staff. Such materials may be used by organizers for promotional purposes (for example, on social media, etc).

3/ Personal Data: By registering for the event, you agree to provide data, which is necessary for the tickets sales operations. The information recorded is intended for use by Dev.Play and are communicated only to the following recipients: the data subject, commercial partners (sponsors), the company’s employees, other natural or legal persons who process personal data on behalf of the company (eg lawyers, consultants, accountants, auditors) counterparties the company, police and judicial authorities (at their request), banking companies (where payment is attempted and / or performed by card) or other natural or legal persons imposed by Law no. 677/2001.
