Andreea builds communities for  many years and for the past 6 she is passionate about the game development community,  wearing many hats inside it. She is the Executive Director of RGDA – the Romanian Game Developers Association, the Vice-President of EGDF- The European Game Developers Federation and the Co-Founder of Women in Games Association Romania.  She founded Women in Games Romania because she dislikes being the only girl in the room all so often.
